Return Window
We offer a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. Items returned after this period may not be accepted.

Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be in the same condition you received it (unworn, unused, with tags)

  • Be in its original packaging

  • Include your receipt or proof of purchase

How to Request a Return
To start a return, contact us at smfitness28@outlook.com. Do not send items back before receiving approval. Once your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately with photos so we can resolve the issue quickly.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Sale items or gift cards

Exchanges
The fastest way to get a replacement is to return your original item and place a new order for the item you want.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the refund status. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Preventing Unnecessary Returns
Please review product descriptions, sizing charts, and images carefully before placing an order. For defective or damaged items, providing a photo before returning the item helps us process your refund faster.
