  • You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped.

We ship worldwide. Estimated delivery times are:

  • Germany & EU: 7–15 business days

  • United Kingdom: 7–15 business days

  • United States & Canada: 7–20 business days

  • Rest of the World: 10–25 business days

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, local postal services, or seasonal demand.

3. Tracking Your Order

  • You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

  • Tracking information may take 2–5 days to update after shipment.

4. Shipping Address

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

  • We cannot change or cancel orders once processed.

  • Packages sent to the wrong address due to a customer error cannot be refunded.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • SMFitness is not responsible for customs delays, import duties, or taxes.

  • Any applicable charges are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Lost or Delayed Packages
